What to expect

If you’ve seen an opportunity to work with us and want to know what happens next, here’s an outline of our application process.

Apply and submit your CV

You’ll need to register to become a candidate, before completing a short application form and submitting your CV online. Please check that all the information you provide is correct before you send it.

Review

We'll look through your CV and application to check whether you meet the criteria of the role.

Interview and assessment

If successful, we’ll invite you to an interview, either in person or virtually. Depending on the role, there may be some additional assessments – we’ll let you know if this is the case.

Offer and background checks

If all goes well, we’ll make you a verbal offer. Accept it and we’ll send you an online form to help us complete the applicable background checks for the role. We’ll then give you an employment contract to sign.

Onboarding

We’ll stay in touch before you start, and our Corporate Induction programme at the Coventry Building Society Arena will give you a brilliant introduction to the Society. Then you’ll be ready to go!
