About the role

Join Our Digital Team as an Email Marketing Specialist!

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Digital team. This is a key BAU (Business as Usual) role responsible for the end-to-end execution of all our email communications—including regulatory updates, maturity notices, AGM invitations, and marketing campaigns.

As our communications volume and complexity continue to grow year on year, we need someone who can elevate our email strategy and execution to the next level.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll create and run email campaigns that boost customer engagement and retention. You’ll work closely with the marketing and data teams to plan strategies, design and build email templates, and review campaign results to find ways to improve performance.

Key responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Designing and building engaging email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients.
  • Coordinate the email campaign pipeline and schedule sends to avoid overlap, ensure optimal deliverability, and maintain a healthy sender reputation
  • Conducting A/B testing to optimize email content, plus monitor and analyse the performance of email campaigns using analytics tools and generate channel specific reports.
  • Key engagement with stakeholders to influence campaign decisions

Joining the team will offer exposure to an industry leading email solution, supported by upskilling and necessary training on the platform, plus growth into the next journey of your career.

Closing date: 4th July - We reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
