Assistant Savings Product Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Product Manager (APM) to join us in supporting our Savings pricing and performance team.

The role includes interpreting and analysing competitor and internal data to monitor and track the Society’s savings performance. Using expertise and insight to support in writing product papers and producing high quality MI reports. Working closely with the Product Manager and Senior Product Assistant in maintaining the savings portfolio and supporting the ongoing development of product strategy and launches.

The APM will use their knowledge and expertise to be a point of contact to support the wider business on any product and performance related queries. Additionally, an APM will also work closely with the implementation team, on occasion offering support in ensuring smooth and accurate implementation of product rotations.

To be successful you’ll already have product management experience from a regulated environment, financial services would be desirable but isn't essential. The ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and being able to persuade and influence will be important required skills.

You’ll have a data background with a proven ability to present insight effectively in both team meetings and webinars, as well exceptional excel skills. You’ll also be used to working in high pressure environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines with precision and attention to detail. The ability to work as a team and support others will also be needed.
