We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a supervisor, ideally in a facilities role, preferably in multi-site operations in a medium to large public sector, retail or fast moving and/or financial services environment would be an advantage.
You’ll have experience of building facilities & an understanding of critical support systems is preferred. You’ll also have knowledge of general health and safety practice, risk assessment and fire prevention techniques.
You must be a driver and hold a full driving license and ideally you will currently hold or is working towards Institute of workplace Facilities Management accreditation or willing to do so and will also hold a relevant First Aid in the workplace certification or be prepared to undertake training.
You must be available (on-call) for out of hours support, on a rota basis.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve using various strategies and skills and you’ll be comfortable building and maintaining relationships – it’s a role in which you need to be a great communicator and have the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll also be passionate about developing yourself, looking for opportunities for development and growth.

35 Hours M-F, 7 hours per day covering 3 shift patterns on a weekly rota basis. 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm (5% shift allowance)
Covering all Coventry HO sites.
Occasional weekend working as required – payable as overtime.
On call on a rota basis – usual Society on call payments applicable.
