Digital Optimisation Specialist

About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our growing team for a Digital Optimisation Specialist.

This is a brand new role for a passionate results driven individual, who has a fantastic work ethic, and wants to improve the website user experience through data driven insights.

As a Digital Optimisation Specialist, you will have a strong focus on data which you’ll use to create experiments through our a/b testing tool. Working alongside the digital marketing and UX/UI team to pro-actively optimise journeys for our customers to improve conversion rates and campaign optimisation.

You will work on continuous improvements and present findings and results back to the team and feed into future campaigns. You’ll be an integral member of the digital communications team as well as the wider Commercial office department. 

About You

You’ll have experience in optimisation, digital marketing and data analysis and it would be an advantage if you a confident user of Adobe Content Management Systems, analytical tools and AB testing solutions.

You’ll be passionate about CRO and results driven digital marketing, not afraid to challenge the status quo and eager to improve user experience across all device types.

You’ll be expected to have an exceptional work ethic, well organised and able to manage and deliver multiple different tasks daily, planning ahead to ensure tests do not conflict other key messages on the websites as required.

Great communication skills and the ability to work with multiple different teams to high standards of accuracy also describe you to a tee. 

A team player, you’ll be ready to support when needed.
