You’ll own and manage the department RCSA and produce the monthly dashboard report for ORC, providing accurate and insightful MI to the Finance Leadership team.

You’ll be the expert in your field, and understand on a practical level how to apply the theory of risk management in practice, to enable confidence that strong and robust control frameworks are in place across Finance, whilst not being tied up in red tape and bureaucracy.

As a team player with demonstrable evidence of strong leadership and influencing skills you’ll be equipped with excellent planning and organisation skills.

You’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues and stakeholders to ensure delivery against commitments is achieved working to address any challenges, utilising your excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

You’ll be curious and want to understand how your role and activity fits and adds value in the context of Finance and the wider Society as a whole.

You’ll continually look for opportunities to develop yourself and look to step outside of the confines of your role in the support of colleagues and the Society.  You’ll engage honestly and constructively with your colleagues across the business to deliver great outcomes and ultimately cultivate an environment of collaboration, innovation and idea sharing.

You’ll demonstrate a responsible and caring attitude by getting things done, getting things right and achieving this in the right way.
