Customer Support Administrator - Mortgages

About The Role

Do you have an administration background with a strong customer focus?

Our Mortgage Customer Support Advisor position could be what you’re looking for.

This role plays a crucial part in our lending department, without them our mortgage customers wouldn’t be able to process the variety of amendments to their mortgages whilst being supported through the process. This is an up to 8 month maternity cover opportunity.

Our existing lending area manages our mortgage accounts once they’ve competed, servicing the needs of our existing customers through to final redemption.

Your main responsibilities are to provide a support service to our members, branch network and our mortgage contact centre. You’ll support our customers with important changes to their mortgages e.g. product switches, change of address, change of name and other customer account amendments.

You’ll support our customer enquiries by ensuring paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently. Being a team player is also important, you’ll want to help and care for those around you.

About You

We’re looking for customer-oriented and detail-focused individuals who already know how maintain high quality standards.To be successful in the role your application will evidence administration experience with a  strong ustomer bias, from a fast paced working environment. Ideally you'll also have the ability to deal with more complex or technical customer queries and /or situations.

Coping with pressures and problem solving ability will be a part of the role so you’ll be a dedicated, professional and committed person with a flexible approach.
 
You’ll be a team player, keen to learn and will be accurate and efficient in nature. It’s important you have a strong attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude enabling you to always get things right for the department and the customer.
 
Working Hours Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
