Customer Service Administrator

About The Role

Our Senior Technical Support team play a critical role within our mortgage lending department in Brockworth. The department processes and underwrites all of our mortgage applications, from direct customers and mortgage intermediaries.

You'll be accountable for processing mortgage applications using our internal systems, whilst checking customer’s documents such as payslips and proof of I.D, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within this fast paced, customer focused environment. You'll also work closely with mortgage brokers and customers to keep them up to date on where we are with the mortgage application process and gain any extra information needed.

Once you’re up to speed with the role, you will move on to more complex processing decisions and reviewing applications to identify and mitigate risks by investigating any discrepancies. With your strong attention to detail you will also highlight any potential policy fraud, such as non-disclosures, and work closely with our Fraud teams to investigate further where appropriate.

You’ll have experience of delivering a high level of customer service and you’ll be motivated knowing your actions result in a happy customer. Ideally you'll already have some experience working with administration.

It’s important you have a good attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude enabling you to always get things right for the department and the customer.
