Customer Service Telephone Advisor

About The Role
We only exist for our members, so we have a busy contact centre in Coventry to look after them. To make it a success we need people like you, to keep up our outstanding customer service.    

We are looking for people that aren’t scared to speak on the phone and enjoy speaking to our members in a busy call centre.

You’ll look after our members and we’ll look after you.

You will

  • Be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Question and listen to customers to understand both new & existing customer’s needs.
  • Put members first in everything that you do
  • Receive 5 weeks training– a mix of classroom, online & practical training
  • Have opportunities to grow and develop as an individual working for a large organisation
About You
 You Are
  • Experienced: You’ll have exposure in delivering a high level of customer service. You thrive when you know that your actions results in a happy customer.
  • A team player: You can give and take feedback, you are self-aware and you can recognise failure and learn from mistakes.
  • A strong communicator: you’re a natural talker.
  • Customer focused: You put yourself in their shoes to improve the overall experience for all customers.
  • Agile and Organised: You have a clear ‘can-do’ attitude – roadblocks, hurdles, and constraints do not scare you.

Working Hours

35 hours per week, flexibly across the following hours:

8am to 8pm Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm Saturday

10am to 4pm Sunday
