Customer Service Specialist

About The Role

Our Branch Network is truly the heart of our customer service and our Customer Service Specialists are key in delivering this memorable service.

Our freshly designed Northampton branch is a friendly and supportive environment where every day is different. This is a part time role which will cover 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. This will include 3 out of 4 Saturdays 8.30am - 4pm with a day off in the week.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and helpful person who’s is confident in providing excellent service, to be part of our team.

In this role you'll engage with customers, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment within the branch, whilst ensuring that our customers are able to do what they came in for.

Your main responsibilities will be helping and supporting our diverse range of customers with their savings needs. We give our customers clear and accurate information in a friendly and efficient way.

And whilst we have a clear passion to deliver exceptional service and achieve goals, this role is not sales based and there are no individual or team sales targets.

About You
We have a reputation for excellent customer service and we really want to meet people who care about customers as much as we do.
  • You’ll need recent customer service experience to be successful, ideally from a retail financial services environment

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to talk to lots of different people will be important

  • You’ll already have experience of dealing with more challenging and / or complex customers’ enquiries in a careful and accurate way.

  • You'll have a positive, flexible attitude

As you increase in confidence, you’ll work through an accreditation scheme moving you through the different levels of the role. You can own your personal development and grow with us
