Assistant HR MI Analyst

About The Role

We're seeking a passionate, analytical individual to join our HR team. As an Assistant HR MI Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing accurate MI to the HR team to enable them to provide informed support to our business. This varied analytical job will give you the opportunity to utilise your Excel skills to manipulate large sets of data and produce clear and meaningful information to various stakeholders. You'll be responsible for:

  • Producing regular reports using our reporting tool, Business Objects to extract data from our HR system Oracle
  • Analysing data in Excel to highlight trends and patterns
  • Researching and summarising trends outside of the business
  • Supporting the HR MI Specialist in the production of more complex reports and analysis
  • Supporting the wider department to use Excel and Business Objects, potentially training others
About You

You'll have a good level of numeracy and analytical thinking, gained for example through the study of a mathematical or science based qualification or through work experience in an analytical role. Applicants will be able to demonstrate their strong attention to detail, planning skills and ability to work to deadlines. You'll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • A proactive approach and an aptitude for problem solving
  • The ability to work with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and senior management.
