IT Service Manager

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a new IT Service Level Manager to join our growing IT Service Management team. You will have an active role in defining our IT Service Management capability, including negotiating Service Level Agreements, defining our Service Catalogue and implementing Demand Management and Service Level Management processes.

You’ll work as part of a small team to build, managing relationships with a portfolio of business stakeholders to align IT the Service to business needs, and promote IT within the Society. These relationships will be underpinned by the Coventry’s CARES values (Caring, Attentive, Reliable, Ethical, Straightforward).

You will collaborate with IT managers at all levels to help improve our service management capabilities, and the IT service provided to the business.

You will also be responsible for creating and presenting insightful reporting and MI on IT the service to all levels of leadership.

You’ll also identify service risks and recommend service improvements, working with others to bring these to positive conclusions.

About You

You are a self-motivated individual with a range of communication skills and an excellent track record of managing business stakeholders. Equipped with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, you are degree-educated (or equivalent) and have an interest in gaining IT service management qualifications.


You are a supportive and dedicated service manager with experience of working within a significant changing customer-focused organisation.
