Temp Part-Time Receptionist (17.5 hrs pwk)

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a part –time receptionist to join the Facilities Team as part of the Property department on a 6 month contract.

You will provide an efficient and professional reception service for The Coventry and general administrative support to the facilities department.

You will be the first point of contact, for visitors, employees and interviewees entering the building.  Meeting and greeting our business clients and staff in a friendly and courteous manner ensuring a positive experience from visiting Coventry Building Society.   As part of you responsibilities you will be managing reception, ensuring that the area is presentable and tidy and answering calls to Coventry Building Society, quickly and efficiently, dealing with any queries that may arise.

About You
The successful individual will have experience working in an office environment and display the ability to communicate at all levels.  You will be polite and friendly and have a good telephone manner and be  punctual and efficient in your working methods, which will showcase you organisational ability and customer facing skills.
